The Billing section allows you to manage your organization’s payment method and view your invoice history. This ensures your Branchcast subscription remains active and your billing records stay up to date.
Access Billing Settings
- Log in to Branchcast as a user: https://app.branchcast.com/users/sign_in
- Click your Profile in the top-right corner.
- Select Billing from the dropdown menu.

Manage Payment Methods
- Click Manage Payment Methods.
- Add a new card by entering your payment details.
- Once a card is added, click Change Payment Method to update or replace it at any time.
Tip: Keep an active card on file to avoid service interruptions.

View Invoice History
- Review invoices under Invoice History
- Click any invoice to open or download a copy for your records.
Tips
- Ensure your payment details remain current.
- Save copies of invoices for your financial records.
- If a payment fails, update your payment method and retry.
